How long will I have to wait for my new virtual machine?

Less than an hour in most cases.

Do you offer a free trial?

Sure, just give us a yell on support@xeriom.net to arrange one.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your account whenever you feel like it.

Do you provide some sort of backups?

We're running a trial backup service. Details can be found on the wiki page.

What other helpful services do you provide?

We run an alerts service, admin shell, local time server, backup MX and local Ubuntu mirror. We're also building a DNS platform for general use. These services are included in all packages at no extra cost.
